Classic ASP Title Case

Need a function that capitalises the first letter of each word, as used in titles?
Unlike some title case functions, this one doesn't just look for spaces, but capitilises the first letter after each non-alpha character which means that hyphenated words and words after numbers are considered new words.

This spamming of my fax machine is giving me the sh!ts. Every thing that arrives in my Email or through unwelcome faxes with advertising goes into my "file" so I remember NEVER to EVER use those companies. So spamming has a negative effect on this household.
Its time for these pathetic companies to realise WE will react to their detriment.
