Here's my pick of the channels, ones that I have found the most interesting and entertaining.

Villa Tiezzi
Villa Tiezzi is a fairly new channel usually producing weekly videos where they tackle various projects as they bring back to life their abandoned villa in Tuscany. They are an American couple who now live in Italy. Not only are they renovating the villa, but also building a temporary residence and farming olives. Not to mention, uncovering the history of the villa.
Somehow they have made jackhammering render and rubbish collection entertaining.

Norwegian farm life
I first tuned into this channel as they started working on the ruins of a 100-year-old barn but have stayed for the various other projects that are needed to keep the farm going, like the tractor repairs. Or should I say, repair attempts?https://www.youtube.com/@Norwegianfarmlife

So, we found this ruin
Wow, 260,000 subscribers and only 16 videos. This channel has obviously struck a chord with viewers. The thumbnail for their first video (above) alone was probably enough to bring in most of us subscribers.Petter and Margrethe are restoring an 800-year-old farmhouse ruin in the south of Italy.
It's still early days for their massive restoration project, but a fascinating property and journey so far.
